Data Deletion Request

App: Quackdown: Germ Survivor (com.askquip.quackdown)

Developer: Daily Pick'em Corp. · Contact: [email protected]

1. Immediate Local Data Deletion (On Your Device)

Quackdown is a single-player game that requires no account. All game progress, unlocked gear, talents, and coins are stored exclusively on your device in local storage. Daily Pick'em Corp. does not store your game saves or personal profile on any remote servers.

To immediately delete all local game data, you can do either of the following at any time:

Clear App Storage: Open Android Settings → Apps → Quackdown → Storage & cache → Clear storage (or Clear data). This instantly purges all local game saves, coins, and settings.
Uninstall the App: Uninstalling Quackdown from your Android device permanently erases all locally saved game files.

2. Advertising & Diagnostic Data Deletion

Quackdown integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display ads. The SDK may process technical identifiers such as your Android Advertising ID, coarse IP location, and diagnostics.

You can manage or delete this data directly through Android or by submitting a request to us:

Reset or Delete Advertising ID: Go to Settings → Google → All services → Ads on your Android device and tap "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID".
In-Game Consent Reset: Open Quackdown and navigate to Settings → Privacy & ad choices to revoke or update your ad consent preferences.

3. Submit a Data Deletion Request to the Developer

If you would like Daily Pick'em Corp. to verify or assist in purging any ad network diagnostic logs associated with your device identifier, submit the form below or email [email protected].

4. Data Retention & Processing Policy

Processing Timeframe: Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
Data Retained: No personal or account records are retained after processing, except minimal records required to document compliance with legal or regulatory requests.
